ZO Skin Health is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for products purchased directly through our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare regimen, we are here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused or lightly used products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our distribution center.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
